All orders are processed by our team within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Book-Nook-Store currently ships primarily to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Europe. For international destinations, availability and shipping costs may vary — please contact us at contact@book-nook-store.com for a quote.

For each order, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a second email with your shipping confirmation, including your order tracking number. During peak periods, and depending on item availability, orders may be dispatched within seven business days.

The choice of carrier and price may vary depending on weight, quantity, product availability, parcel size and destination country.

If you have made an error in your delivery address, or if any information is missing, it is essential to update your address within a few hours of placing your order. Please notify us promptly by email, specifying the correct address. An address error may cause delivery complications or result in the parcel being redirected to an unintended location. In such situations, we cannot be held liable.

 

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via the following carriers depending on your location and order characteristics (home delivery or nearest collection point if home delivery has failed, delivery time of 5 to 15 business days):

 

  • United States: UPS (primary carrier), USPS, FedEx or DHL
  • United Kingdom: Royal Mail, DPD or DHL
  • Australia: Australia Post, DHL or FedEx
  • Canada: Canada Post, UPS or DHL
  • European Union & Switzerland: Colissimo, Colis Privé, GOFFO, UPS, DHL, PostNL or DPD
  • Other international destinations: DHL or FedEx

Some orders may involve multiple suppliers, in which case items will be shipped separately.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom is free (no minimum purchase required).

For deliveries to other European Union countries and Switzerland, the shipping fee is $6.90.

For international deliveries, shipping starts from $9.90 and prices may vary by country. Please contact us for a quote.

Deliveries to islands may be possible; however, prices vary and may be higher — please contact us for a quote.
