Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 - Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) govern all commercial relations between Yavok LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer") placing an order via the website book-nook-store.com.
Article 2 - Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges having read and expressly accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale without reservation. These T&C take precedence over any other terms and conditions, except for prior written agreements explicitly stated.
Article 3 - Products
The products available for sale are described on the website book-nook-store.com. The Seller makes every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions and information. However, minor errors may occur, which the Buyer acknowledges and accepts.
Article 4 - Pricing
Product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the price displayed at the time of purchase will apply to the Buyer.
Article 5 - Orders
Orders can only be placed through the website book-nook-store.com. Placing an order implies acceptance of the product prices and descriptions as listed. Once the order is confirmed, the Seller will send a confirmation email to the Buyer.
Article 6 - Payment Methods
Orders must be paid for via credit card or any other payment method offered on book-nook-store.com. The Seller uses secure payment systems to ensure the safety of the Buyer’s transactions.
Article 7 - Shipping
Products are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer at checkout. The Seller commits to shipping the products within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination. The Seller cannot be held responsible for shipping delays. Once the products leave the Seller’s warehouse, all shipping risks are transferred to the Buyer.
Article 8 - Right of Withdrawal
In compliance with U.S. law, the Buyer has 14 days from the date of product receipt to withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason or incurring penalties. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller via email at help@book-nook-store.com. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Article 9 - Warranty
All products sold by the Seller come with a standard warranty for defects and non-conformities. Defective products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Claims for exchanges or refunds must be submitted via email to help@book-nook-store.com within 30 days of delivery.
Article 10 - Liability
The Seller’s liability is limited to providing the products as described on the website. The Seller is not responsible for damages resulting from the use of the internet, including data loss, hacking, viruses, service interruptions, or other unintentional issues.

Article 13 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by U.S. law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Buyer’s state of residence.
