Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your Book Nook Kit must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@book-nook-store.com. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Every return request must include a completed return form. Please fill out the form as accurately as possible and include it with your item when shipping to the return address provided via email.

Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.

Sale and Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at help@book-nook-store.com.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.


Shipping
To return your product, please email us at help@book-nook-store.com for instructions.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
