Once we receive and inspect your returned Book Nook Kit, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. The typical timeframe for refunds to appear is 3 to 5 business days after approval.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
3. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@book-nook-store.com.

Important Notice
For returns of Book Nook Kits valued at more than $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safety of your return.
